Equipment
The adage that you are only as strong as your weakest link is particularly true when it comes to equipment. Quality work demands quality equipment. At J. H. Hart Urban Forestry, our equipment is second to none.

Our fleet includes ten aerial towers. The tower pictured above is one of the latest additions to our fleet.

We have more than a dozen dump trucks with chippers to quickly and efficiently dispose of branches and debris. In fact, some of our chippers have the capacity to chip trees up to 14 inches in diameter.

When the need arises to move large logs, we use one of our specially designed log trucks equipped with a Prentis loader.

For those hard to reach trees, we use what we fondly refer to as the "Queen," a converted 70 foot aerial fire truck.
For those unsightly and often hazardous stumps, we have the ability to grind them six to eight inches below grade.

When it comes to grinding and recycling bulk wood fiber, nothing surpasses our 2006 Vermeer TG 7000, Caterpillar 1000 HP.

Our front-end loaders are used for loading trucks, feeding our Vermeer tub grinder.

For the delivery of mulch and the removal of processed wood fiber, we have 60 yard, 70 yard, and 120 yard trucks and trailers equipped with "walking" floors.

Our Plant Health Care Division has its own fleet of trucks for fertilizations, topical spray treatments, and complete integrated pest management.

In the unlikely event that a piece of equipment should breakdown in the field, we dispatch our fully equipped Mobile Mechanical Support Vehicle.
